2 / Inspiring quote

3 / Influential literature - Gallop Global Leadership Report: what followers want
"The demands of leadership are complex, but the foundation of being a good leader is rooted in meeting the needs of those who follow them.

...followers prioritise hope (56%), trust (33%) , compassion and stability from their leaders,

...and these needs are consistent across countries and demographics.

When leaders meet these needs, it can lead to less suffering and better wellbeing."
