Lead Up offers leadership development, consultancy, coaching, digital content, programs, and workshops. We reserve the right to update or modify these services at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, documents, frameworks (such as the Lead Up Energy Code), and program materials, are the property of Lead Up or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our website and services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to:

- Interfere with the operation of the website
- Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use our content or services for unlawful or unauthorised purposes

5. Bookings, Payments and Cancellations

Where applicable, bookings for events, workshops, or coaching must be made via the official Lead Up platform and/or by email correspondence. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund procedures are outlined at point of purchase and must be reviewed and agreed upon before any transaction is finalised. If this information is not available or up to date, the onus to learn of terms and conditions of purchases or bookings rests upon the purchaser.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lead Up and its directors, founders, employees, independent contractors and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the website or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

10. Conditions in Relation to Services

a. Cancellations and postponements. We have a standard policy that there will be no fee with over 30 days notice, 50% cancellation fee between 15-30 days and 100% fee if less than 15 days notice is provided. Notice must be in writing. Postponement fees may apply if rescheduling occurs withing 30 days, and all work completed prior to cancellation will be invoiced.

b.Time. Our standard day is 7.5 hours of delivery. Workshops will be an additional 2 hours allocated for setup, packdown and rapid debrief.

c. Printing. Clients may be charged for large scale printing of facilitation materials for workshops and large scale posters or collateral costs.

d. Confidentality. All information, data and materials collected at any point in our relationships and work with clients will be treated as confidential.

e. Scope changes. Changes to increase the scope of a project or engagement, including changes to location must be agreed and may require adjustment to costs or resourcing.

f. Payment. All invoices are to be paid within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
